It has that Hollywood regency feel with the shiny gold painted base and gold fleck on body. I would call this color warm cream with gold flecks. I normally take my lamp photos against a pale yellow wall. It blended in too much with that wall, so it does have a yellow undertone. Against white it is definitely cream and not yellow. ***also the upper shade is lovely, but it is more of a solid paint base than most GWTW lamps, so the light comes from the bottom or top, not through the globe like other lamps do. It is just a unique lamp!! 22 in tall
