Description: set is sold AS IS. the box is in fairly decent condition. i know i have instructions somewhere, but i cant find them right now. tires are there, though ill have to dig them out. the big bag is the set itself. the small bag represents some of the parts missing, but i would estimate this to be 60-70% complete, though that is ONLY AN ESTIMATE. i did see many pins and axels, so i presume those are here, but i again caution you to not assume anything from all this info.
