Description: Time Titans CP-2 Description For auction is a 1960's Leonidas CP-2 Italian Military Issue pilot flyback chronograph caliber 222 manual winding 43mm unpolished. The Good: 1. One of the most rugged and wearable of all the issued military pilot watches. The design was so good and desirable that Heuer bought Leonidas to get the military contract; these are the progenitors of the 1550SG Bund cases (and I would argue that they are superior with beveled lugs vs. rounded lugs) 2. Very nice original unmessed with condition. Unpolished case and very warm dial patina and just the right of wear on the anodized aluminum bezel make one of the best looking examples in the market. 3. Working and functioning correctly. The Bad: 1. Nothing beyond ordinary wear.
