Comes with the original box which does have visible signs of wear but is in overall good condition. Name: The Seven Dwarfs CottageYear: 1987COA/Deed: Deed Signed: YES!!Size (approximate): base is 7-1/2" x 6-3/4" and it is 5-1/4" tall. Usually based on a real building, Lilliput Lane Cottages are originally carved in wax, with each stone and shingle being added individually. From that model, a silicone mold is made, and from that mold, the final cottage is cast in Amorphite, which is a Lilliput Lane invention.
