I participate in eBay Managed payments.. Please be sure to verify the shipping address that is on file, because that is the address I will be shipping to. You may think an item that I am selling sounds expensive, but realize that the cost of shipping comes out of the total price you pay. ***INTERNATIONAL Shipping. My listings make use of the eBay Global Shipping program where available. This means that I ship the item to a shipping center which eBay designates, and THEY ship it from there. I have nothing to do with the cost from that point. I provide an approximate weight of the item and eBay Global Shipping will base the cost from that point. ***RETURNS. As I stated above, "FREE" shipping basically means that the cost of shipping is already built into the total price of the item. If you wish to return an item because it does not meet your expectations, BUT arrives as described, I DO accept returns HOWEVER, I will deduct the actual shipping cost before providing your refund.
