Measures approximately 7-1/2 X 9-1/2 inches; plain white back; any signature on front is facsimile (printed in the photo). Pretty decent paper quality with a slightly slick finish. CONDITION: A short hard crease near bottom right corner that is beginning to tear from one edge; lighter bends (not true creases) near the top corners; clean back.
