This program consists of high-quality color Super 8mm film taken by the late William Ashley Cooper, a railfan photographer and filmmaker from Allentown, PA. Continuing from Volume II, there are additional scenes of road jobs operating over the entire line between Birdsboro, PA and Wilmington, DE, and coal trains which served the enormous Grace Mine at Joanna. This volume depicts trains pulled by 3 or 4 classic Alco RS-3 diesels, along with other trains featuring GP30/35 lashups and the brand-new GP40-2s.
