After Ike’s passing, Aaron acquired L. Oppleman and continued the legacy. He chose to maintain the prestigious name of L. Oppleman, which quickly became a staple in Lynchburg, VA. Eventually, Aaron’s son, David inherited the business, who made the store Lynchburg’s leading pawn shop. Following family tradition, David’s son, Ryan, now runs the day to day operations.
