Description: This Milton Roy Spectronic 20 Spectrophotometer powers on, the bulb lights up, the dials work and move around. Can zero in the needle on the left size of the gauge. However, when I try to calibrate by opening the door and putting in a blank cuvette or a cuvette with water in it, the needle does not jump up as per usual. I've only uses one of these machines once before, I know that is not normal, but it may be an easy fix. I could not find a quick solution, so I am posting it as broken/for parts/ needs repair. It turns on, lights up, the fans start working. Just no difference in reading when door is open or closed/cuvette inserted or not
