In many cases, the packaging is in very rough shape, but the part is new and has never been used. If there is any surface rust on a part, I will note it in the Item Description section of the listing (unless it is factory sealed and I do not open it which will be clear in the listing). I will do my best to clean up the packaging the best I can, the condition of the part is shown in the pictures if the box is already opened or damaged. I am definitely not a car parts expert, but will try my best to accurately describe what is listed. Unless it is noted on the box from the manufacturer, I do not know what cars these parts are for. We only ship within the United States via the United States Postal Service and UPS (for larger packages).
