Car was made in the USA by Micro-Trains, carries road number 6464, is NSC 99-40, and was released in July 1999. Car is brand new - never run and no signs of handling or use. This car is a component of Lowell Smith's 6464 Collector's Series special run series which replicated Lionel box cars from the 1950s. These cars were produced in very limited numbers, and are very hard to find in today's market.
