This trailer was for the NBC TV show 'The Lyon's Den. There was a lot of hype for the show, but it only lasted 6 episodes before it was cancelled. They did shoot all 13 episodes so that they could sell them overseas and later on the other episodes did get released in the US. The flight date was September 22, 2003 to push an October 12 premiere.
