Description: This is a new-in-package original release Master Splinter action figure from the 2003-2009 animated series that was part of the Fox Box animated program. Splinter comes with a cloth outfit, ooze container, a quiver and arrows, and a bow. The plastic blister is still sealed to the cardboard backer board. The blister does have indentations on the left and right sides, like someone tried to ninja-chop Splinter through the bubble packaging. The cardboard backer has two ink-wear spots on the back; see included images for details. From a smoke-free home.
