If a tracking update shows delivered and the card is not in your mailbox that is normal. They will show delivered when they go through the sorting machine at your local hub even though they still have to be sent to your local post office and then to your mailbox. That usually takes one business day. In the event USPS damages your card during shipment you will need to file an insurance claim with ebay.
