Aftermarket Companies used to go into Dealerships parts Departments and make a deal with them to buy up or swap out all their GM Delco or other line parts and replace them with their aftermarket parts. They would then take the GM parts like these Delco items and drill out the Delco Logo and rebox them into their product boxes. You can see where they eliminated the Delco Remy logo on this, but the metal backing still has the GM part number's last three digits stamped into it. In this case "102".
