Description: Original WW1 SRD Jar Rum Jar - British Army Issue - "Supply Reserve Depot" Jug We have recently bought over 100 SRD (Supply Reserve Depot) jars, also known as "Rum Jars" from a hoard of them on the WW1 battlefields. All are guaranteed originals and the lots include some rare variation of markers marks and overall markings so please browse! In each case you will receive the item shown in the photos above so please examine the photos in detail.Almost all have period manufacture mould defects consistent with period techniques and mass production and in some cases, the odd small chip or crack. So again, please check the detailed photos to make sure you are 100% happy. If an item does arrived damaged, please get in touch with us strait away and we will of course resolve it. We have bought in purpose sizes boxes to ship the jars and extra bubble wrap! But, as I say, if the worst happens. We will resolve it with a replacement item or refund, never an issue.
