Not dated but bears the Meriden Connecticut address and seems to be from the 1920's. Printed on correct weight papers at the correct size in full color. Text and charts covering forward, “Reasons for making Small Bores”, “Small Bores beyond experimental stage”, “Passing of the large bore gun”, “Featherweight guns”, “Longer Range twenty bores”, “Spread of shot in Small Bores”, 1919 and 1920 competition winners, “Shot spread tables”, “The 28 gauge double gun”, “Table of ballistics”, “Relative patterns of large and small bore guns”, “Shot count at 40 yards table” and “Fit of the gun”. Great information and a nice display item. See many more reproduction firearm manuals and hang tags in my Ebay store! Items are printed on high resolution 28# paper. Where proper to match the original, heavy stock high resolution card stock is used. I only use archival inks also. For a few items 20# high resolution paper is used to match the original items paper. All paper and card stock comes from a publish house paper supplier not big box stores. All of my items are done from never copyrighted originals. I only do pre-1978 items as that is the year that automatic copyrights went into affect. Thus all my items are legally made from Public Domain originals under the law. I do not reprint or sell gunsmith manuals as those are copyrighted materials.
