Description: POST German World War II West German GSG9 Paratrooper Helmet. Measures 8 5/8” wide by 9 3/4" long by 5” tall. This is a two piece stamped grey painted steel shell with a separate rim attached. Has four bolts holding the leather liner and chinstrap in place. There is a national color decal on the right side. The liner is stamped with a ’57 size mark. There is a slight dent on the front. A scarce Luftwaffe paratrooper fallschirmjager jump helmet. Overall in fine condition.
