Does not make it rare by any means, just that the aerial view is a bit less common than most you see For instance, I could find none listed today, and last sale was 2022. But that could change anytime. Postcard is in pretty nice shape for postally used. Slight corner wear and light crease near the lower left corner which I don't even see on the back.
