It has a sheer outer layer (fabric crepe silk?). Also has built in under layer. Dress is lined, with exception of the sheer sleeves that are blousy in style above cuff area, then tightening with snaps at cuffs. This light transparent outer layer appears in an extra piece at back center as pictured, somewhat like a train without the excess length. ***Model measures 33" bust and 28" waist.
