This exceedingly Rare note is from the '35A, YB, ZB and this the XB double zero serial number start experimental paper test. The XB was the control with 75% linen and 25% cotton, the YB was 50% linen and 50% cotton cuttings and the ZB was 50% linen and 50% cotton raw. Researcher Peter Huntoon had an excellent article in the Bank Note Reporter March 2016 Vol.65 No.3 page 16 all about this little known test which was a success after the red R and S disaster where the notes were pulled from circulation by the public which skewed the test results.
