Description: RARE NEAR MINT CONDITION FRENCH LIMOGES HAND PAINTED ANTIQUE Stunning detailed Centerpiece Bowl with 11 side or snack plates, a total of 12 pieces. The shape of the bowl is very unusual, with dramatic swirl edges. Plates also have a swirled edge. The trim is 24k gold, added by hand brush strokes on top of the gorgeous colors of pink and deep reddish maroon. The floral theme inside the rims is totally complimentary, with rose, yellow, green, etc. Though unsigned, I think this is an original, possibly made from blanks from a LIMOGES factory ( REDON? ) No chips,cracks, fading, or damage of any kind.
