Description: Rare Bakewell, Pears and Co Pittsburgh Glass Dolphin. Normally this would have a compote bowl attached. I had this verified by an antique dealer who said that based on the pristine condition of this piece, a compote dish was never attached. One can assume that this piece may have been a rogue or “lunchbox” piece but I don’t know that for certain. There are no chips or scratches of any kind.
