Dust jacket is unclipped and shows original MSRP of $4.50. It is protected in A Mylar cover. Book comes from a smoke free home. Dust jacket has some issues. Some holes, some chipping, some wrinkling, some rubbing, some bumping. Please see pictures for complete condition. The boards are in good shape with minimal rubbing and bumping. Most of which is along the bottom edge and at the top and bottom of the spine. Pages are lightly tanned. No writing inside of the book, no torn pages. Binding is tight. She was a personal friend of many of the most well-known children’s book authors and many of the inscriptions tell the tale of that friendship. She was a lifelong champion of children’s literacy and donated generously to libraries in the Southeast. She was also a world traveler and within her collection there are every sort of book from every region of the earth.
