Description: Here are 50 pieces of RF switching diodes, made by JRC (New Japan Radio Co. Ltd.), type 1SS91G, I looked for data and found a single line of info, rated for 30 V up to 1 A, typical 50 mA, Ct is 1.1 pF max (typical much less), rds is less than .8 ohms at 10 mA tested at 100 MHz. I figure these are good from .1-1000 MHz based on where they came from (rf switch assembly in high end recevier). Handy part if you are tinkering with electronic RF switches, hard to find!
