I then made the following modifications: Attached leader tape on both ends. Loaded into this vintage style reels. Attached home made labels to each side of both reels. Wound onto the reels at play speed (7½ IPS) on my Teac X-2000R. Tapes have otherwise never been played or recorded on. So they truly are 'one pass' tapes that should still, for all intents and purposes, be considered like new. It's because of the mentioned modifications that they cannot legally sold as new.
