Not sure who all had these drug stores around back in the 70's, we had them here in San Antonio, TX (I remember going to them when I was a teenager). This is in Very Good - Excellent condition. Cover shows just a slight bit of wear / handling. No stains or writing on it - inside or out. Pages inside are in Excellent / Like New condition. There is a small tear / scuff at the top left corner of the cover (see last pic). Payment must be received within 5 days after purchase.
