It's important to emphasize "USA model" because I recently heard some reports of Sony USA refusing to work on grey market/import models. This kit was purchased as a backup for a project and was used just once. Everything works perfectly and the camera is in excellent condition with very few signs of use. It will include all the accessories shown. Note that these do not include chargers when you purchase them new, but I'd recommend a Kastar wall charger for $6.50 here on ebay - they work perfectly.
