This is a First Edition, solid brass buckle with detailed artwork and darkened accents, made by Award design Medals, in the 1970s-80s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-3/4" x 2-3/4", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 4.7 oz.
