Description: The fastener upgrade kit has ALL the bowl cover and accelerator fasteners for ALL Corvair Rochester carburetor engines. It will handle a PAIR , 2, Not 1, of carburetors. If you have a 140 HP engine, just order two kits. Shipping is free on extra kits. All are 18-8 grade stainless steel that should never need to be replaced. You get 18 screws and 18 lock washers, regular and external tooth for the accelerator shaft. And I will throw in a pair of free base gaskets in case you want to remove you carbs to install the kits. Why not extend the life of your carbs between rebuilds and improve its appearance at the same time for less than the price of a carb rebuild kit (I have those too)? You will have trouble finding these at any hardware or auto parts store, so I had to custom order them for my carb rebuild business (you will pay as much as this offer for just the 6 top screws at some other Corvair places). These will work on all year and style of carbs including primary and secondary for 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968 and 1969. The are not for the YH turbo carbs, but I have a kit for those in a separate listing. I also have ID tags for these carbs for five bucks in another auction for a nice finishing touch.
