The gem tester cannot distinguish between a treated stone or and a natural untreated stone. For example, rubies and sapphires are more likely treated than natural. The gem tester also cannot distinguish between a man-made carbon diamond and one that occurs naturally and is mined from the earth. Here is a beautiful hinged cuff bangle bracelet containing 3 round diamonds. It measures 9.6 millimeter wide and 6.5 millimeters thick. The oblong bracelet is 74.5 millimeters long and 64.2 millimeters wide overall. It fits my 7-1/2 inch circumference wrist comfortably. It has some dents in it, and the clasp has been replaced. I provided photos of the dents from more than one direction. One of the is right in front, but if you wear it with the dent towards your body it isn't noticeable. The first two photos are with the dent towards my body, the second two are with it facing my hand. There are two dents and a slightly flattened area on back. Please also note that I have intentionally made them stand out so you are sure to know what you are buying. As for the clasp, it is a pin and hole type with a safety. You can see there is soldering on the pin side when you open it up (pictured). If you pull hard on the two sides, the clasp will come apart, so you definitely need the safety. I imagine the original maker's markings were on the pin side of the clasp, as there are no purity or makers marks anywhere. We tested the gold and guarantee it to be 14K.
