Top and bottom of spine show heavy wear. Very bottom of spine missing outer cover. Boards show heavy wear as well. Lower right corner of front board as "a3". Inside front board is dedication as give to library. Top of title page has notation as well. Paper is torn at hinge at title page. Inside back board has library date due card glued to it. Pages 14, 15, 33, 34 and 35 had small tears that someone taped. This has yellowed and stained pages 32 and 37. 14, 15, 33, 34 and 35 pages also are missing small sections long the right edge. Foxing and smudging throughout book - minor considering the age. All pages and boards are attached to hinge. Please refer to pictures.
