Description: Up for auction is a beautifully detailed rare and hard to find vintage solid pewter miniature figurine of a winged dragon with horns embellished with topaz colored rhinestone jewel eyes clutching an aurora borealis crystal ball by TSR, Ral Partha & Rawcliffe pewter & artist Jeff Wilhelm. AD&D Council of Wyrms Silver Dragon 11-583 figurine (solid cast version) measures 3 1/2" tall 1 1/2" wide and 3 1/4" deep. The yellow block is 1" to give you an idea of the size of the figurine. The bottom is stamped "TSR 1998 Ral Partha PP1239 Rawcliffe Pewter USA" see pics.
