On the bottom of the postal truck, it is embossed Postal Service Emblem and U S Mail , Toystalgia, Inc., Golden Valley, MN, Non exclusive Licenses of the United States Postal Service. The wooden bank/music box was issued in 1989 by Toystalgia, Inc. It has a slot for coins on the top and a rubber plug on the bottom that can be removed. The side of the truck that has the device to wind the music box up is not as clear as all of the other sides. Please see pictures 6 and 7. The device winds the music box up and it plays "AMERICA".
