Description: GENUINE WWII U.S MILITARY NAVY HALSEY GREY OFFICER'S COTTON GARRISON OR OVERSEAS WORK UNIFORM CAP. The Halsey Grey Uniform was only in use for 6 years from 1943, to 1949. Really only wore for 9 months in 1943. There were two versions of the Halsey Grey uniform the cotton work version and the dress version which was made of gabardine wool. This cap is for the work version made of cotton. We also have the dress gabardine wool cap in the our ebay store in the WWII or hat section. Caps are in mint condition with no issues. displays real nice. See pictures. Size of cap is a 7. We do have other sizes if you need a different size let me know.
