Description: USPS 2006 Stamp Yearbook, with Mounted Stamps & Slip Jacket The book is in excellent condition. The stamps are in as-shipped and mounted condition from postal service, and are not individually graded, but they all appear to be in nice shape. No returns will be accepted for stamps that have bad die cuts or other factory issues. The box has normal signs of age, handling, and shelf wear. I only show a couple pages in the photos but all stamps shipped with the yearbook are included.
