It is designer hallmarked with letter M in a circle (see picture). High grade of ruby and super diamonds. There is a gorgeous genuine oval cut Burma ruby set in the center 7.1mm x 4.9mm, it is 1.0 carat. Great looking gem, electric brilliance! There are also princess cut rubies, for an additional .70 carat. The round diamonds are super quality, near colorless G, clarity VS1. Total diamond weight is .50 carat. Incredible brilliance, so bright and blingy! The mounting is pretty!! It weighs 6.5 grams, extremely well made. Size 7.25 finger (easily sizable).
