Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE This 1929 North Central United States road map was made by the General Drafting Map Company for the American Legion Convention in Louisville. Only 1,000 copies were made and I will include the stat sheet shown and the archival envelope. The map opens up to 28.5” x 22”. This map is in excellent original condition as shown in the photo and came from the General Drafting Map Company archives. If there is a stamp or writing on the top of the front cover, it was put there by the General Drafting Company since this map is from their archival files. I was fortunate to locate and buy several boxes of archival maps from the General Drafting Map Company after they were bought out by Langenscheidt and absorbed into the American Map Company. There is a wide variety of maps types and all are like new. Over the next few years, I will be offering many of these here on eBay. Shipping within the United States will be by First Class Postage.
