Vintage 1970s Brown Leather Jacket American Made New England Sportswear Co.

Description: From the New England Sportswear Company, this is an original, vintage brown leather jacket from the late 1960s or early 1970s. The jacket is tailored with two yoke pleats and various seams for shaping including vertical waist darts that nip in the waist. The jacket features a classic pointed collar, large patch pockets on front and side tabs that extend from the front to back and are held on by buttons. The tabs can be taken off if desired. It is fully lined in a silky tan fabric. Closure is with five marbleized buttons. There is a leather hanging loop inside the back collar. The size label is inside the right pocket. Although this jacket is structured, it is not stiff in any way. The leather is beautifully soft and smooth. Made in the USA. Labeled as a women's size 10.
