Description: Vintage Tree Tots playset is the original from 1975. Stairs are intact. Comes with red car and the doghouse shrub with its floor inside. Elevator works but the door does not stay closed by itself very well. Tree top works as it should to pop up and stay down. The top green part under the handle is a shade lighter than the rest of the tree. There is a small crack on the handle but it's not through either side. There are a couple small white stress marks on the edge of the green base in front of the elevator door. A few stains and dingy marks along the bottom edge of the tree that you can see when it's open. The flooring and wallpaper is intact but does have some water damage and wear to it so please be sure to zoom in on all the photos for more detail on condition.
