The plastic is not loose and in good shape. No holes of the plastic. There is manufacturer holes for venting (shown in the pictures). The tape under the plastic seal looks good. The Slip cover is in good condition, no noticeable wear or creases of the box. There are some light smudges and scratches of the plastic from normal storage. There is one sticker on the bottom from the original store that says value price, which is over the barcode. This item will be packaged and shipped well.
