Electrical items are considered working if the motor works, the switch turns on, it lights up, or warms up. I do not fully test these items. Since it is used, do not expect it to work as good as a new item. You get what is pictured, all items are sold "AS IS". · Because, I use eBay’s Buy Now- Pay Now feature in my store, and they do not refund any S&H discount that I would give, I no longer combine items for cheaper shipping.
