Begun in the 1940s as a sign painting and commercial decorating business, the company began to concentrate fully on Christmas ornaments and décor in the 1970s. In addition to the massive retail location they also wholesaled ornaments primarily from Europe. They offer a similar ball today that is made in Hungary and does not have the white glitter.
