It also has floral accents around the plate. The plate measures 8 1/2 inches in diameter. The plates is marked France Depose CA in green and Made in France for J.E. Caldwell & Co. Philadelphia all in green. According to Gaston the mark dates the plate between 1894-1930's. The J.E. Caldwell & Co. was a high end Philadelphia store of jewelry and fine china. We believe the jewelry store is still in existence. The plate is in good vintage condition free of chips, cracks, nicks, or repairs. The net weight is 16 ounces.
