Description: The tag does not have the trademark R. This tag dates from 1940-1945. I notice some other listings for similar shirts say 30s-40s but have a trademark R on the tag which means they can’t be from the 30s and are newer than this shirt. Trademark R began appearing in 1947, and this tag went into late 50s when they then added grass under the sheep. This shirt is in excellent shape with the only flaw being a repair to one of the wrist cuffs as seen in last pic.
