Description: Although this dress is in great vintage condition, it has a lot of "warts". It's missing the top button, and all the hems are raw/cut, including the neckline. Looks like someone took it on as a project. I honestly didn't notice any of this until I got home. It's still a great, substantial quality dress, and I'm hoping someone crafty can fix it up.
