I won it in an auction that was run up by many bidders, so I know there's something about it that's unusual but I don't remember what, or if I ever found out. It's the only one I ever saw with that writing on it, and it has a nice font where it says the 22 size on it's face. Look at the photos and see for yourself what you think.
