Description: Thrifting find. Vintage long pegnoir robe with tie front and gathered empire waist, in a sheer, light aqua blue with matching lace trim. Made in USA by Movie Star, and is 100% Nylon Tricot. Marked size 5 P and it fits like a modern-day 0 to 2. I'm 5'3" and size 0 to 2 and the gown fit well. The tag also has the numbers 1948 and I wonder if that might be the year of manufacture, though the gown doesn't seem that old. Maybe it just wasn't worn much. The only issue I would find were two snagged areas, each about an inch long, at one hip. It's shown in the last two photos. Pictures were taken indoors and out to give you an idea of color in different lighting conditions. Please take a look, and let me know if you have any questions.
