Description: 1950s vintage Frank More heels in silver. Ivory mesh lace with silver lamé thread embroidered flowers & leaves. Leather sole, silver leather heel, suede heel backing & leather trim and tie reinforcements. Very good preowned condition. The soles show scuffs and signs of use and please note scuffs on the silver leather heels. Some subtle areas of age discoloration on the ivory. Marked size 9-1/2 S, 79691, 4-060X. There’s also a “39” written on the bottom of the right shoe. With measurements & explanation below, I believe this will fit a modern size 8.5. Please note they are narrow. Actual measurements are:Insole length = 10-1/2” *see note at endWidth at ball = 2-7/8”Heel width = 2”Heel height = 2-1/2” Please note realistically I think your toes will stop short of the very end because it goes small & narrow at the point. Tested they stop just before the reinforced end. This makes the interior length closer to 9-3/8” long, or size 8-1/2. Shipping weight is 2 lbs.
