Description: VTG NEW MADAME ALEXANDER Brunette BABY SISTER 20" Baby Vinyl DOLL #6555B Box/Tag. New condition with original box and tag. These Madame alexander dolls were purchased from a collector who for years kept them in his basement. The dolls are new with tag but were stored in poor condition. The doll was never played with (only stored in the box). The boxes have some damage from being in a dusty place. I don’t see moisture traces on the boxes or dolls, but I see normal wear from neglected boxes in a basement. Boxes are original, they are large and that is reflected in the shipping price. The original tissue papers from the boxes are included but are in poor condition due to dust and deterioration over time and have not been replaced. Box has some damaged. The dolls are in good condition, as well are their clothes and accessories. They do show some stains (minimal) or fading typical of dolls stored without protection. Their clothes and accessories are included and are in good shape (no damage, just dirty from dust (minimal). I leave that in the hands of the buyer as I do not know how to do it. Her eyes open and close but not easy. Hair may be unkempt or a little dusty. Clothing is original and may needs to be cleaned for age stains and additional dust from boxes. These Madame Alexander babies have the sound mechanism inside but when moved they do not omit any sound. I don't know if they are battery operated or does the mechanism need to be replaced completely. Please use photos as part of description and zoom for more details. Sold as is.
